For more than four years, we've had the privilege of serving our community from our original California Street location. Today, COSMOBOX operates as a private studio within a facial plastic surgery practice, offering a more intimate experience while continuing the personalized care our clients have come to know and trust.
Specializing in freckles, lip blush, brows, and lash artistry, our focus is on natural-looking enhancements that celebrate individuality rather than transform it. Every service is approached with artistry, precision, and a deep respect for the unique features that make each client who they are.

About Our Founder (she/her)
Adela (Adelita) is a first-generation Mexican-American and Northern California native whose passion for beauty, design, and aesthetics has shaped a career spanning more than two decades.
Her journey in the beauty industry began while attending university and evolved into a multifaceted career as a professional makeup artist, licensed esthetician and cosmetic tattoo specialist. Along the way, she developed a reputation for her artistic eye, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to creating natural, personalized results.
In 2016, she opened her first beauty studio and later reimagined the business as COSMOBOX in 2022. Today, her work is guided by a simple philosophy: beauty should feel authentic, effortless, and uniquely your own.
